 Each exploration invites you to reconnect with a part of yourself you may have silenced, ignored, or forgotten.Â
The Explore Your Compass online portal is designed for you to go at your own pace, meets you where you are now and allows for you to expand at your own rhythm.
Explore Your Compass is a 9-week guided journey for the woman who feels like she’s doing all the things, but something still feels off.
It’s for the woman who’s spent years putting everyone else first. Who’s navigated motherhood, relationships, careers, body changes, hormone shifts… and now feels a little lost in her own life.
This is your space to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself, physically, emotionally, and energetically.
EXPLORATION 1
Embracing Your Season of Womanhood
We begin by exploring the four sacred seasons of a woman’s life, each one holding its own energy, wisdom, and rhythm. You’ll gently reflect on the stage you’re currently in and begin aligning with its truth, rather than resisting or rushing through it. This week is about awareness, acceptance, and remembering that your timing is divine. There is nothing to fix, only space to soften, listen, and begin again.

The Path of Self-Exploration
We step gently into the world within, exploring what self-awareness truly looks like for you. You’ll begin to notice the patterns of your logical mind, how they shape your inner dialogue, and how to shift them with compassion. Through intention-setting, mindset work, and boundary practices, you’ll start to reclaim your voice, honour your needs, and lead yourself with clarity and grace.
EXPLORATION 3
Coming Home to Your Inner Compass
We explore what it means to align with your true self, beyond conditioning, expectations, and fear. You’ll gently uncover the inner barriers that have kept you stuck and begin to release what no longer serves. Through reflection and guided practices, you’ll start navigating life with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Reclaiming Your Rhythm
This exploration is about creating nourishing routines that support, not restrict you. We’ll explore how healthy habits, and daily rhythm can become a sacred anchor, especially in seasons of change. You’ll be guided through gentle movement and visualisation practices to embody the energy you wish to carry forward. This isn’t about perfection, it’s about devotion to the small, supportive rituals that help you feel more like you.
EXPLORATION 5
 Expanding into Wholeness
We take a pause to honour the path you’ve walked so far. You’ll reflect on the shifts within your mind, body, and spirit, and begin to weave them together through the lens of holistic wellness. From this grounded space, you’ll be guided to create a vision board that reflects your deepest desires and values, setting the tone for where you’re heading next. This is your moment to dream with intention and clarity.
EXPLORATION 6
 Honouring Your Energy
Inviting you to tune into your energy in a whole new way, recognising what fuels you, what drains you, and how to honour your natural cycles. Through reflection and intuitive practices, you’ll learn to set compassionate boundaries and protect your energetic space. This exploration is about permission, to rest, to say no, and to prioritise your own wellbeing without guilt.
EXPLORATION 7
Reawakening the Mind-Body-Soul Connection
An invitation to remember that you are not separate parts, but a beautifully connected whole.
You’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and spiritual nudges all communicate with one another. Through embodied awareness and intuitive reflection, you’ll begin to trust the wisdom within and cultivate a deeper sense of harmony between your inner and outer worlds. Creating a connection between mind-body-soul.
EXPLORATION 8
Rising with Resilience
This week is about meeting life’s challenges with strength rooted in softness. You’ll explore what true resilience means, not pushing through, but rising with self-awareness, self-compassion, and support. Through empowering mindset practices and grounding rituals, you’ll begin to rewrite old stories and reclaim your inner power. This is where your courage meets your clarity.
 FINAL EXPLORATIONÂ
Wholeness & Integration
In our final exploration, we bring everything together honouring the woman you’ve become and the wisdom you’ve uncovered. You’ll explore the dance of yin and yang within your sacred feminine and inner masculine, your softness and strength, your intuition and action. This closing space invites you to embody your wholeness and move forward feeling centred, balanced, and deeply aligned with the truth of who you are.
