I know….. my first email to you all for this year!

And there’s no better way than talking about something that I’m so passionate about!

This Saturday, International Women’s Day is a powerful reminder of the strength, resilience, and incredible potential of women everywhere. While we celebrate our achievements, it’s also the perfect time to reflect on something just as important, our health.

Too often, women put their own wellbeing last, juggling careers, families, and responsibilities while neglecting the care their bodies and minds truly need. But here’s the truth: you can’t pour from an empty cup.

So, let’s talk about why women’s health matters and how we can start prioritising ourselves, guilt-free.

πŸ‘‰Why Women’s Health Needs More Attention

Women’s health is more than just fitness and nutrition, it’s about hormonal balance, stress management, mental wellbeing,  self-care, finding your true self. It’s about understanding your body, listening to its signals, and taking action before burnout or illness takes over.

Having awareness, trusting in your beautiful intuition, wisdom and spirit.

Key areas we often ignore:

πŸ”₯ Hormonal health – How stress, diet, and lifestyle impact our cycles and mood.

πŸ”₯ Pelvic floor & core strength – A foundation for movement, energy, and confidence.

πŸ”₯ Mental and emotional wellbeing – The importance of mindfulness, breathwork, and reducing the mental load.

πŸŒ•Being aware of our true self and deep connection of all that is around us. Our beautiful cyclical flows with being a woman.

Finding flow not for force…..

A balance of Yin & Yang,

Feminine & Masculine,

The balance when each is required,

Really listening to our physical bodies when she is trying to guide us…..

How often do we prioritise these things?

The reality is, women’s health is still underrepresented in research, underdiagnosed in medicine, and often misunderstood. That’s why educating ourselves and taking action is so important.

3 Ways to Prioritise Your Health This Week

✨ 1. Make time for movement (without the pressure!)

Exercise isn’t just about weight loss or aesthetics—it’s about longevity, energy, and feeling strong in your own skin. Whether it’s the gym class, a walk, or yoga, moving your body should feel like self-care, not punishment.

✨ 2. Listen to your body & support your hormones

Many women experience fatigue, brain fog, bloating, or mood swings and think it’s “just normal.” But these are signs your body needs support.

βœ… Prioritise good nutrition—whole foods, healthy fats, and balanced meals.

βœ… Reduce stress triggers with breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation (which we cover in Explore Your Compass).

βœ… Get a Women’s Health Assessment to check for abdominal separation, pelvic floor dysfunction, or core weakness—so you can move with confidence.

✨ 3. Book that check-up & put yourself first

When was the last time you booked an appointment just for YOU? Whether it’s a women’s health physio, GP check-up, or hormone testing, making your health a priority is an act of self-respect.

If you need guidance, our Compass to Clarity 1:1 Coaching is designed to help you understand your body, bring clarity to your thoughts on self, reduce stress, and create a clear plan for your wellbeing.

If looking for a deeper immersive journey to self, we have Explore Your Compass- A 9 week exploration of finding the balance for your season of womanhood.

Limited spots available- Exploration opens March 11th!

 You Deserve This

🫢

This International Women’s Day, let’s celebrate not just how far we’ve come, but how much we deserve to care for ourselves. Because when women feel strong, balanced, and empowered, we show up in the world differently,

we thrive.

✨ So, tell me, what’s ONE thing you’re doing for your health this week?

Drop it in a reply, I’d love to hear it! βœ¨

Much love and light,

Amy
