A few gentle suggestions

Find a space where you won't be interrupted. Lie down if you can. A blanket, a pillow, a candle โ€” whatever helps you feel held.

Use headphones if you have them. It makes a difference.

Let whatever comes up, come up. Tears, sighs, stillness โ€” they're all welcome here.

Come back to it. This isn't a one-time practice โ€” it's a doorway. Walk through it as often as you need.
