Ingrid has been working for herself and at a local massage clinic, and has a great interest in how the human body functions. Combining this interest with a passion for sports and exercise led her to appreciate the enormous benefits of maintaining, preventing and repairing the body through massage.
Having studied Swedish, Remedial, Sports, Pregnancy and trigger Point therapy, Ingrid is able to provide a wide range of Massage Therapy designed to suit the needs of her clients. She feels great pleasure from seeing the benefits that her clients gain after being massaged not only from a physical aspect but also through their emotional and spiritual well being.
Being involved in many sporting activities throughout her life, such as running, swimming, hockey, athletics and weight training, Ingrid appreciates how Sports massage can benefit people involved in sports. Most sports people are looking to improve their performance and increase their level of fitness without causing injury. Sports massage is effective in releasing muscle tension and balancing the musculo- skeletal system, which can help prevent injury caused from overuse. It is also very useful in relaxing fatigued muscles post workout session.

All of our massage therapists have the maximum Diploma qualification recognised by Australian health funds. We also have HICAPS, so bring your health fund card with you to each appointment, and pay only the gap.
