What is Massage Therapy?
Massage Therapy is an alternative form of healthcare where the soft tissues of the body (muscles, tendons and ligaments) are manipulated in order to promote and restore optimum health and well-being. - Repetitive strain injury
- Work-related stress
- Pre-natal conditions
- Frozen shoulder
- Whiplash
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Sports injuries
