Hi… I’m Lucas! I have just joined the team at Encompass as the Neuromuscular pain specialist. Basically, I assess your body and any injuries, pain or inflexibility you present with both clinically and ‘holistically’ drawing from western science and eastern empirical wisdom.

I use different types of remedial massage, acupuncture and assisted stretching techniques to rectify balance in your body. I am also qualified to prescribe specific exercises, nutritional advice and herbal medicine to help to achieve long-term solutions.

Due to my interest in pain management I specialise in shoulder pain as well as neck and back injuries.
